Eligibility Criteria: For a successful return, ensure your item remains in its original condition, unused or unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

We'll provide you with a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that unsolicited returns won't be accepted.

Concerns about Damages or Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. Should you discover any defects, damages, or incorrect items, kindly notify us immediately so we can promptly address the issue to your satisfaction.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as perishable goods, custom-made items, and personal care products, can't be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
